Lenard Pingol

Hello! If you’re reading this, you probably want to know a little bit about me. Well, I guess I’ll start with my background as a student at Western Washington University. I graduated from WWU in December 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Leadership Studies. I’m from Olympia, Washington. I'm currently an Executive Team Leader at Target, and love bringing joy to my team members and to guests!

I would describe myself as a servant leader that strives to facilitate collaborative learning among people through the sharing of experiences and by building an understanding of others. In this process, I hope to have the opportunity to serve others and enrich their lives, to help better the organizations I'm a part of, and create positive atmospheres. I’m also a hard worker and a fast learner, who is always willing to get the work done, produce high quality results, and help the collective reach mutual goals.

 

In my free time, I love to sing and dance! And, when I’m not belting out a ballad or showing my moves on the dance floor, I’m educating others about Filipino culture and the importance of diversity and inclusion.
